Zirkle Fruit Green Line
Completed in November of 2015 was a retrofit of an older Apple Line with a new State of the Art Organic Line. Van Doren supplied the Packing Line Equipment and Scout Lake Const. was the General Contractor. Another great project with James Beckett as our lead electrician along with the rest of our great team!
Zirkle Fruit Cherry Line
Completed in 2016, at the time was the World's Largest! Full Design/Build by Lake Shore. Equipment supplied and installed by Van Doren Sales and Scout Lake Construction was the General Contractor. James Beckett was our lead electrician along with the rest of our team that did an outstanding job on this very difficult Project with a very short timeline!
Mt. Adams Fruit Pear Processing Facility
Completed in 2019, and located in Bingen. WA., was a complete Design/Build Project with a tight timeframe because of a massive fire that destroyed the facility in late 2017. THis facility has two Pear Packing Lines and a large ASRS (Automated Storage Retrieval System) that utilizes robotic material handling for their packed box storage. We would like to thank Tri Ply Construction with Blake and Rod for the awesome experience in this Project as well as the great people at Mt. Adams Fruit!
Longrifle Winery
Completed in 2020, and located in Alderdale, WA., was a complete Design/Build Project. This facility is primarily for processing red wine grapes. Key pieces in this facility include a full crush system, interior tank storage, exterior tank storage, offices and a lab. We would like to thank Mountain States Construction and Delton for the awesome experience in this Project as well as the great people at Longrifle Winery as well as Mercer Vineyards!
